Sustainability: Our main goal is to provide our local community with sustainably raised, grass-fed and grass-finished, 100% USDA Certified Organic meat from a local Colorado farm. In essence, our dream is to create a sustainable Colorado. We wish to connect you with your food source, making it a more personal experience. We invite you to start eating local, and explore the world of organic, grass-fed meat!

Education: Change begins with education. We are here to spread the word! Grass-fed organic meat is more than just a fad; it is a way of life. People are unaware of how harmful commercially produced meat can be for their bodies, our environment and our economy. An educated population can start to make healthier decisions. Join us in our pursuit for a healthier, happier and more prosperous America!

Affordability: Everyone can afford organic meat! Organic meat bought in bulk reduces costs (and waste!). We offer our grass-fed organic meat in small, medium, or large size packages to fit your needs and accommodate your budget. Everyone should be able to afford to eat healthy. That is why we will do our best to make our meat the most affordable to you.
